Fire Safety Checks and Tests – What Needs Doing and When.

Fire safety in the workplace is more than what to do if the fire alarm sounds, where the evacuation assembly point is and what extinguishers are there.  By managing the fire safety, carrying out regular checks and tests, and tidying up before the Fire Officer visits, the work place stays a safe place to be.  Prevention is better than cure meaning that an effective fire safety management system keeps staff, visitors and the business safe from fire.  Get the Fire Safety Checks and Tests right and half the battle is won.
